[LDDemo] New Coordinator!

LDDemo'ers,

Please join me in welcoming Michael Hausenblas as the new coordinator for
the eGov IG LDDemo (Project 3) going forward.

Michael <http://sw-app.org/about.html> is well known in the Linked Data
community as a thought leader and expert practitioner.

He has consistently participated and significantly contributed to the IG
Project 3 thus far.

Thanks to Michael for taking over the LDDemo coordinator role and lending
his leadership and expertise to Project 3!
