I just converted the Department of Commerce's open gov plan to StratML
format for inclusion in our collection at
http://xml.gov/stratml/drybridge/index.htm#OpenGovDirective or, more
specifically, http://xml.gov/stratml/carmel/DOCOpenwStyle.xml 

 

DOC's open gov Objective

4c7a64ea2a>  III.12 is to "make 180,000 records describing federal reports
available in XML format."
