When you create your user page - place {{user_page}} in the first line before any other content to have this inserted: http://www.w3.org/egov/wiki/Template:User_page . Chairs/Editing TF - feel free (of course) to edit the content of the template if needs be to reflect legal/official wording :) In the nature of all things wiki, it was easier to ask forgiveness than permission.
