Hello all,

Please continue to look at the glossary and suggest changes or new terms.

Thanks as well to Vassilios for your comments.  I have updated the 
egov definition to include back office activities as you suggested 
and have removed the internal/external bullets.

Please send the definition of "interoperability" that you 
prefer.  You are right that there are many standard definitions and I 
wrote one that was quite generic, so let me know what the group 
preference is for that term.

Same with "eParticipation" and any other terms that may have been 
left out or are incorrect.  I appreciate your input.
