Gov 2.0 Spoofing

Did anyone else see about how North Korea News Agency was spoofed on
twitter?

Not sure if this is something which the group should mention but it seems a
potential for misunderstanding. After the terrorist attack in Mumbai a war
due to a fake phone call was narrowly averted.  Seems there are some simple
steps to make it clear which accounts are official.
