TPAC 2021 Working Group meeting

Hello Web Editing Working Group,

Our proposal to meet [virtually] at TPAC 2021 on 29 October 2021 @ 16:00 UTC, has been confirmed. (I believe we will use the same teleconference software and URL as we do for all our other WG meetings.)

This meeting falls on the last Friday of October, meaning we will have two working group meetings in October.
