meeting notes 2021-07-09

Hey,
due to organizational changes and summer holidays in large parts of the
Northern hemisphere we did not have an invitation for a call this week and
held just a short ad-hoc meeting for those who turned up anyway. see
meeting notes below.

Please note that we still need most of the organizations who have been
participating in the monthly calls to sign up for the "Web Editing Working
Group" [1]. We also need feedback on several issues from Mozilla and
Google, so it would be good to have them participate in the next call.

From Microsoft we need clarity on which parts of Input Events level 2 they
can implement so that we know which parts to mark optional before we merge
level 1 and level 2.
