meeting notes of previous meetings

Hey,
I noticed that certain questions are coming up again and again. So I've
updated our Wiki page with references to all the previous meetings (agenda
and minutes) that I could find. For some meetings I was unable to find
anything on the email list. Please feel free to add missing information.
