TPAC breakout sessions

Hello Editing TF,

If you'll be at TPAC and would like to propose a breakout session for 
the Wednesday unconference (plenary) day, you can do so here:

This year the aim is to identify the breakout sessions ahead of the 
unconference day itself, so the process of proposing and choosing 
sessions is more inclusive. The hope is that the schedule will be more 
or less fixed by the Tuesday night.
