rivettp has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/dxwg: == DCAT namespace https://www.w3.org/ns/dcat# resolves to version 2 == Version 3 is now the REC version, and is meant to be forward compatible with version 2. However as set up on the W3C site the namespace resolves to the version 2 ontology and spec document. It should resolve to the latest, version 3, and any previous implementations should continue to work. However right now version 3 implementations do not work correctly.
