AC vote on the transition of DCAT 3 to recommendation

Dear all,

the Advisory Committee vote on the publication of DCAT 3 as a 
Recommendation closes in 7 days, and we didn't get many responses so 
far. Its doesn't do justice to DCAT, which we know is important for a 
large number of organizations.

If you know the AC rep of an organization using DCAT, please nudge them 
to make sure they voted.
