RDF Canonicalization & Hash is in CR

Hi DXWG - it's been a few years since I was in the group...

I wanted to make sure this group knew that the RDF Canonicalization and Hash spec is now a Candidate Rec [1]. This is cited in the security and privacy section of DCAT 3 [2], hence the liaison.

We are, of course, keen to hear of any implementations and uses of the RCH work as we work towards the next stage in the Rec Track process.

Thanks
