Still keen to get some context from the RDF* community @Pierre-Antoine
Champin <pierre-antoine@w3.org> but any other proposals to update the Use
Cases and Requirements, or concrete proposals to improve either PROF or
CONNEGP specifications are welcome.  We do not propose to address the best
practices work and general discussions about profiles, but will test
specification competency against UCR agreed by the dxwg plenary process.
