Urgent Poll - to make a fresh public working draft of DCAT v3

Dear Colleagues

We hope that this finds you well.

The DCAT team have made considerable progress with version 3 and are
looking to move to CR around Easter time, but in the meantime they feel
that it would be helpful for those awaiting the finalised version 3 to see
a formal public working draft of the recommendation.

This poll -  https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/99375/dcat_2023_v3/  - seeks
the working groups authorisation to make this fresh public working draft.
It needs to be completed by the coming weekend ( before 12 February).
Please can you prioritise its completion.
