Will DXWG meet at TPAC 2023?

Dear colleagues,

We apologise for being out of action during the past weeks.

We updated the calendar and we will have a Plenary Meeting on May 9th at
21:00 UTC.

Before that, we must decide if the group will meet at TPAC. Please fill in
this worksheet until May 5th

About TPAC:

W3C's annual conference, TPAC 2023, will be a hybrid meeting and will be
held from 11 to 15 September 2023. The main in-person hub will be located
at the Melia Sevilla, Spain.

The schedule of the week should be as follows:

Monday 11 September: Group meetings
Tuesday 12 September:
Group meetings all day
AC plenary sessions in the afternoon
Wednesday 13 September: Breakout sessions
Thursday 14 September: Group meetings
Friday 15 September: Group meetings
Each group will be able to ask for 90-minute and/or 2-hour slots. You may
ask for several slots.

If the health situation permits, all groups will break at the same time.

Equipment: Meeting rooms will be equipped with two screens, cameras and
microphones to better support remote participation.

Health Guidance/Rules: Our priority is to organize a safe event for all
participants. The rules will be communicated shortly.
