riccardoAlbertoni has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/dxwg:

== replacing colon namespace and a: ==
This PR removes the namespace ':'  and "a:"  in all the HTML and RDFS examples and replaces them with "ex:". 
 
That should fix inconsistencies still present, for example, dataset-001 which is referred by :dataset-001 and ex:dataset-001.

@agbeltran: Please consider merging this in your branch dcat-issue-1476 and  PR #1487
