Canceled - DXWG Plenary Meeting on March 1st

Dear colleagues,

We have to cancel the next DXWG Plenary meeting, on March 1st. My 
grandfather died (he had Alzheimer and was suffering already) and Peter 
has a business trip.

We understand this is short notice, and we apologize for any 
inconvenience canceling this meeting may cause.
