I think maybe you misunderstand me. I don't agree that in principle such matches should never occur. If accessURL is taken as a single field to be used whenever one needs a reliable link for a dataset, it can potentially be a friendly landing page, a download location, or an API endpoint. In that case, there is nothing wrong if a file to download is indicated there. I'm not aiming at any kind of symmetry here.
