Dear colleagues,

We apologise for not updating the calendar of the DWXG Plenary Meeting to
cancel it two weeks ago. We hope we didn't cause any inconvenience.

We are updating the calendar - so you will receive an email from it - to
confirm the DXWG Plenary meeting tomorrow, December 6th at* 21:00 UTC*. The

Thank you for filling in the Doodle Pool. It shows that most of the group
decided to have the meeting one hour later in UTC, so it will be the same
time as it was before in Europe and USA and one hour later in Brazil and in
Japan.
