Dear Advisory Committee Representative,
[This announcement will be forwarded to W3C group chairs]

This is a Call for Review of a proposed recharter for the Dataset
Exchange Working Group:
https://www.w3.org/2022/04/proposed-dx-wg-charter.html

Please review the charter and indicate your support using this online form:
https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/33280/dxwg-charter-2022/

The deadline for responses is 03:59 UTC on 27 May 2022 (23:59, Boston
time on 26 May) [0].

The new charter continues the ongoing work on the Data Catalog
Vocabulary (DCAT) specification, currently at version 3.

The Advisory Committee Representatives of current participants will need
to have their organizations re-join the group if the revised charter
gets approved, as the new charter adds new deliverables with licensing
obligations under the W3C Patent Policy.

The proposed team resource for the group is from 0.05 to 0.15 FTE.

The current Dataset Exchange Working Group charter [1] is hereby
extended until 30 June 2022. This extension will give W3C additional
time for the AC review.

The group is currently chaired by Caroline Burle (NIC.br) and Peter
Winstanley (W3C Invited Expert). More information about the group can be
found on its homepage [2].
