URGENT: Poll : publication of next DCAT v3 PWD

Dear colleagues,

The DCAT working group would like to get comments from a wide, public
audience on the latest draft of DCAT v3, particularly on the general
approach to inverse properties, data series, and versioning.

This draft still has issues to be resolved, so you can expect it not to
look like the finalized document. Therefore, the working group is only
wanting you to look for any showstoppers.

complete the poll at https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/99375/DCAT3_Nov_2021/
 in time for the next Plenary meeting on 23 November 2021 - I hope that we
will be able to vote through the results of the poll at this meeting.
