You *could* also point to a very general profile document. How would a user know which it is? It's the **OR** that is the problem in that definition. I read the opening comment here as someone wanting to obtain a specific type of resource that gives the schema describing the data in the dataset, and `dct:conformsTo` doesn't guarantee that.
