Thanks for the response, @mathib. sorry for the slow reply - we've been focussed on getting a new working draft published. We did discuss the points you made (at https://www.w3.org/2021/04/28-dxwgdcat-minutes#t05) and recognise that we need to respond more fully - the feature is clearly needed but we need to be sure (as @andrea-perego said earlier) that we position it correctly as in scope of DCAT or as better handled in a profile. We have one or two similar features that we are reviewing on (not directly related to RDF publication though I might describe them as "adjacent"or "potentially similar pattern") and we plan to consider them together in the next few weeks so it will be a while before we can respond substantively. We will get back to as soon as we have a proposal/draft idea and would be very interested in your feedback at that time.
