I would expect that connecting via JDBC, a query is specified somewhere. I am not sure where we should include this query. It certainly depends on the kind of endpoint, and other attributes might be required to make it actionable (e.g., is the query an update or a select? I guess SQL 'select' are the most relevant here) The need to specify the query to apply to the endpoint specifically relates to issue #1230. Though, here we are not dealing with WebAPI/WEB endpoint.
