Thanks for the reply on this @zeginis. I was under the impression that `dct:identifier` in this case would rather serve as a unique identifier (e.g. UUID/GUID) to this specific `dcat:DataService` and not to the referenced dataset, e.g. the table in your case. From my understanding how to reference the table itself is kind-of the discussion in #1230.
