Removal of ConnegP & PROF from DCAT repo

Hi all,

Following the plenary meeting this morning and the task ACTION-399 (https://www.w3.org/2017/dxwg/track/actions/399 <https://www.w3.org/2017/dxwg/track/actions/399>) I will remove the PROF and ConnegP content from the DCAT repo (i.e. the original repo we’ve been using for everything until now) in about 48 hours from now, so if you have any concerns, please make them known before then.

The new repos for PROF and ConnegP content are established as clones of the original, but not tidied up, at:
