@luizbonino you have a noble goal in mind here but the issue is that the use you're describing is not standardised therefore if you do this, others might not. The proposal in the [Profiles Vocabular](https://www.w3.org/TR/dx-prof/), which is aiming at being a standard is to identify specifications and then link things like SHACl documents to them. The documents can have roles so you can know that `Specification_X` has a `Resource_Y` that is a SHACL file use for validation (as opposed to something else that you could use SHACL for like transformation.
