DCAT2 REC publicity

Hi All,

First of all, congrats on the publication of DCAT2 as REC! Great milestone.

As discussed today, we are planning to reuse the spreadsheet we had before
to track the publicity of DCAT2 REC.

We have a new worksheet so that people can put their name against the
