Notes in respect to the link checker:

https://doi.org/10.2312/re3.008 is reported as broken, but works in a browser

Ditto for http://www.isni.org/

The link checker is unable to check the contents of RDF files, and misreports broken fragment identifiers. This occurs for DCAT, OWL, rdf-schema, and the location namespaces.
