As per the suggestion here https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/issues/808#issuecomment-529345225, a new issue has been created, #1108, titled "Improve description of relationship between DCAT and PROF". Addressing @kcoyle's question: > what has been decided about aligning PROF to DCAT?
