In case we want to accept the suggestion made in issue #973 :
- It implements in the WD and TTL the suggestion mentioning the  Frictionless Data Package and Bagit file as examples for package format.
- It updates  the Italian, Spanish translation accordingly (please @agbeltran double-check my Spanish)
- It replaces  RAR  with TAR in the TTL,  to make the TTL coherent with the WD.
