@smrgeoinfo @pwin Given the great variability of the kinds of documents that "specify" is there a way to achieve greater clarity regarding specifications v. documents? If one is to identify the specifications, how are they defined? What if they aren't in a separate section or appendix from more documentary contents? (DCAT-AP seems to be of this type.) It sounds like we are talking about creating a standard of sorts for specification documents, saying that there would be n sections having x, y, z contents.
