dr-shorthair has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/dxwg:

== Segregate namespaces into normative and non-normative sets ==
Clause 3 (normative) contains a long (rather overwhelming!) list of namespace prefixes, of which a significant fraction are used only in examples. I suggest splitting this list in two, so that it is clear which subset is normative.
