Dear Colleagues

I have set up an agenda for tomorrow for a plenary at
https://www.w3.org/2017/dxwg/wiki/Meetings:Telecon2019.04.23 but realise
that many colleagues might be unable to join in - so it might be a short
meeting.  If subgroups can please add information on any recent PRs and
pending closure of issues that would be great.
