RE: New meeting time proposals for Conneg subgroup

Thanks Nick,

so from the two votes we currently have it seems that 

Thursdays 12:00 UTC [1] (14:00 Central Europe, 22:00 Brisbane/Wollongong)

seems the best option. In order to get a 3PWD (or maybe a CR!) out as soon as possible, I propose that we change to weekly meetings.

If I don't hear anything until tomorrow, Wednesday April 10 09:00 UTC, I'll ask dsr to update the WebEx meeting.
