[DCAT} meeting 2018-02-21

In the DCAT team meeting today, after briefly reviewing the current editors draft https://w3c.github.io/dxwg/dcat/ we spent most time on discussing a proposal to add some additional RDF files to the repository, to deal with

(i)                  Alignment to external vocabularies, such as PROV

(ii)                Additional axiomatization
No conclusion was reached.
