After a slow start we had a very productive meeting, with a number of issues discussed and several resolved:

Draft minutes: https://www.w3.org/2018/02/07-dxwgdcat-minutes.html

1. Dereferenceable identifiers [RDID] https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/issues/53 - explored the issue. adms:Identifier looks like a good solution. Looking for a concrete proposal on this.

2. dataset type https://¯github.com/¯w3c/¯dxwg/¯issues/¯64

- agreed to remove sub-class of dctype:Dataset https://¯github.com/¯w3c/¯dxwg/¯issues/¯98

- agreed to add text recommending use of dct:type in context of dcat:Dataset

- Pull request https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/pull/108 implements these in rdf and document

- More documentation of how to use the controlled-vocabularies is required

3. relaxing domain of dcat:contactPoint https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/issues/95

- agreed to remove domain axiom

- Pull request https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/pull/97 implements this in rdf and in document
