Agenda for face-to-face

Chairs are beginning to develop the agenda for the face-to-face meeting
in Oxford.[1] Our goal is to have discussed the use cases sufficiently
that the use case document editors can produce a first public working
draft (FPWD) following the meeting. We also should come out of this
meeting with a reasonable definition of the separation between the three
deliverables, although that will of course be subject to change as the
work progresses.

Right now the schedule is very broad, but we will be adding use case
numbers to the agenda.

If you have use cases to submit, please be sure that they are on the
draft UC page [2] by July 1 so that they can be included in the agenda.
