Me too. I believe W3C repos default to a permissions model that makes our
staff contact (Dave Raggett) do all the work. It's a permissions issue.

When I look at
https://github.com/schemaorg/schemaorg/settings/hooks/new?service=irc (same
URL pattern, but a repo where I'm an admin/owner) I see the link ok.
