Comments on PROF

Dear Leslie,

Earlier this year you provided some feedback [1] to the W3C’s Dataset Exchange Working Group regarding the Profiles Vocabulary, PROF [2]. Initial feedback on your points was given [3] and we also itemised points from that feedback into a series of Issues [4] for discussion.

For Issue 796:
There are a couple of points in this Issue that we’d like clarification on. I’ve addressed one of them in the Issue itself and the other in Issue 797 below.

For Issue 797:
This is addressed in the Issue - there are many additions to the specification that, I think, cover off on your suggestions.

For Issue 798:
This is addressed in comments in the Issue with namespaces issued (by W3C) and working.

Could you please indicate, either in reply to this or via posts to the Issues themselves, what you feel about the addressing of these issues?

Thanks,

Nick
