Hi,

The link to "OWL/SHACL expression for European DCAT-AP v1.1" seems to be broken
in the Editor's Draft (19 January 2019), part 5.41 vocabulary constraints.

I guess https://github.com/SEMICeu/dcat-ap_shacl/tree/master/shacl-latest
should actually read https://github.com/SEMICeu/dcat-ap_shacl/tree/master/shacl
