Action 210

Hi Eric,

last friday during the DWBP's call, we came across  Action 210[1], that is
related to DQV and is  still open.
 the action was about
" Investigate the relationship between dqv and duv wrt citations that can
be considered as a quality annotation"

Probably you have  already taken this action,
Otherwise, I guess it has  been overtaken by the events, hasn't it?
