DUV Still to do....

The DUV vocab is done with the exception of 2 pieces:

1) The citation example needs to be brought up to date, I want to elaborate
on what we had based on Silvio's examples.
2) Example 2 and 3 (once completed) need to just be converted to JSON and
included in the document.

Because I promised the document to be frozen today I won't change this
document, but instead will include these examples in a separate email when
I have a few more brain cells.
