More changes checked in for DUV

Hi all,

I still am making changes to the the DUV document (its about 4pm US Pacific
time and 2pm in Hawaii ;-) ).  I've just checked in major changes to the
document including adding all the new properties (removing some old ones)
to align it with the new model diagram.  I spent quite a bit of time making
sure all the properties tags had identifiers for on-line navigation and
plan to create links to the corresponding classes and properties that are
mentioned in the summary of the models.


Laufer, Joao Paulo, and Silvio, I will go over your comments to make sure
I've either satisfied your concerns or add issues to the document.

I do plan on updating the vocabulary and examples, hopefully before
midnight Baker Island time.
