BP input from the Spatial Data working group

Hi all (especially BP editors)

Yaso and I are currently in the Spatial Data on the Web working group
meeting at TPAC.

They have a number of places where they want to interact with our Best
Practices doc.  Both where they need us to include some requirement of
theirs, and where they might be able to help us.

They are keeping track of those crossovers in this document:

We have asked them to write to our BP editors directly (using our mailing
list) to explain any simple feedback to us soon.  Where we need to have
more of a discussion, we will plan to have a call in early December (our BP
editors and a few members of the Spatial Data WG) to talk them through.

Editors, do let us know if there's anything else we can do to make this
relationship smooth and helpful.
