DWBP 2nd Draft - Call for review

Hi all,

A new draft of the DWBP document is available for review:

The main changes of this version are:

- Inclusion of a new section to describe our context
- Update on the Data on the Web Challenges section to include a diagram to
relate challenges and BP
- Inclusion of a new section for Data Enrichment
- Major updates on the metadata section
- Inclusion of examples for some BP
- Inclusion of BP for Data Preservation
- Inclusion of a new BP for Feedback
- Inclusion of a new BP for Data Vocabularies section (Use standardized
terms)

We “froze” the document, meaning we will not add anything else on this
version until we have the group’s feedback on these changes. Ideally we
would vote it on next call (May, 29) or we could postpone a week if the
group prefers. Anyhow, we are looking forward for your feedback.
