Hi Phil, Thanks a lot for helping us to improve the doc and to fix those problems! An existing doc was used as a start point for our doc and I think that this one of the reasons for some of the problems that you pointed out. We are still working on the document and some of the open issues will be removed. We are also updating the model and the examples. When we finish, we're gonna update Appendix B.
