second F2F dates

Hi all

In the last call we talked about the possibility of making the second 
F2F of this year at Brazil. Since Nic.br has offered to host the event, 
I think that this is a great opportunity to realize the 1st F2F of a W3C 
WG at South America.

I would like to know what the group thinks about this and if you are up 
to come to Brazil in the second semester of 2015 for this F2F. The 
meeting would be held in Sao Paolo.

If yes, then we could thin in a meeting in october.

What the group says about it?
