Nice.  But not granular enough to be really useful and most of it is, as
you say, out of scope for us.  If it is Open Data, can we use the parts we
like, add what we need, and share what we add so ODI can benefit?

The ODI, in partnership with DEFRA, have developed an Open Data Maturity
Model.

While much is out of scope for DWBP, there are some relevant sections.
For example the 'Customer Support & Engagement' Dimension relates to DUV
and Data Governance Activity relates to DQV.
