Data Usage use case work...

I found the discussion on data usage very...well... "useful" ;-)

Deirdre,

Based on what we talked about in the call today and the previous
discussions Bernadette and I had here's a summary of "new" use case
activities I'm aware of currently:

1) ACTION-87 - Use case based on RDA discussion (Phil)
2) ACTION-89 - Resarch publication use case (Sumit)
3) Agriculture (Steve)
4) Application (Bernadette)
5) Open Data usage
6) Trends/Metrics (something I believe Phil shared in a previous call)
7) Scientific Processing/B2B (Eric)

As we discussed there is the need to draw out more detail from our current
use cases to get a better perspective of data usage.
